If you come in June, you can attend a very popular festival in Harlem ; Known as the Harlem Cultural Festial, founded in 1985. It attracts more and and more people every year ! It celebrates the Puerto Rican community. There are many activities, typical latino food and everybody is singing and dancing ! There is such a friendly atmosphere !
